Sofia Poulos
President
​Sofia Poulos is a Junior majoring in Supply Chain Management and minoring in IT and Health Promotion. Her hometown is Plymouth, MI and she rushed PCT in Fall 2023. Before being elected President, she was the 2025 Director of Member Wellness. Sofia has studied abroad for a month in Rome and completed sales internships with Thomson Reuters and Barchart. This summer, she will be a CSCP intern with Microsoft. Some of her interests include teaching hot yoga, distance running, general admission concerts, sun-basking, self-help books, and Hamilton.
Vivian Tieu
External Vice President
Vivian Tieu is a junior majoring in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Environmental Sustainability. She is from Canton, Michigan, and joined Phi Chi Theta after rushing in Fall 2023. Vivian previously served as Service Chair before being elected as External Vice President. She has gained professional experience through internships at Yazaki North America as a Sales Intern in Michigan and at Edwards Lifesciences as a Supply Chain Planning Intern in Irvine, California. This upcoming summer, Vivian will be interning at KPMG in Chicago, Illinois. In her free time, Vivian enjoys playing cards with friends and family, trying new restaurants and cooking new recipes, creating nail art, hiking, and playing pickleball. She is so excited for the next year of Phi Chi Theta!
Owen Parent
Internal Vice President
Owen Parent is a junior majoring in Supply Chain Management from Grosse Pointe Park, MI. He rushed Phi Chi Theta in Fall 2023 and previously served as a Pledge Success Mentor during the Spring 2025 semester before being elected Internal Vice President.
Outside the classroom, Owen runs a five-figure sports card business and is currently recruiting for Summer 2026 opportunities. In his free time, he enjoys the walks outdoors, graphic design, and being bad at golf. He is thrilled for the year ahead and for what Phi Chi Theta has in store for 2026.
Jack Vethacke
Treasurer
​Jack Vethacke is a junior majoring in Accounting with a minor in Economics. Originally from Grosse Pointe, Jack rushed Phi Chi Theta in the spring of 2024 and has been an active member ever since. Before being elected as the treasurer, Jack was the Chapter Liaison Chair for the Fall and Spring of 2025. Last summer, Jack studied abroad at the London School of Economics, and this summer he will work as a tax intern at PwC in the Chicago office. When Jack isn't monitoring the finances of the fraternity, you can find him watching movies, spending time with friends & family, and playing chess. He's very excited for the year ahead.
Emily Reynolds
Director of Operations
​Emily Reynolds is a sophomore majoring in supply chain management with a minor in environmental studies and sustainability. She is originally from Romeo, MI and rushed Phi Chi Theta in the Fall 2024 semester. During her time in the fraternity, Emily has served as a Pledge Success Mentor for one semester and has been a member of the Marketing Committee for one semester. She previously interned at Bond Plywood as a Content and Data Operations Intern in Ferndale, Michigan. This upcoming summer, Emily will be interning at Kimberly-Clark as a Customer Logistics Intern in Neenah, Wisconsin. Outside of academics, Emily enjoys attending Michigan State basketball games and spending time with her friends and family.
Hadyn Gordon
Director of Membership
Hadyn Gordon is a sophomore majoring in Finance from the Metro Detroit area and rushed Phi Chi Theta in the Fall 2024 semester. Before being elected Director of Membership, Hadyn served as a Pledge Success Manager. This past summer, she interned at Waldron Private Wealth in Pittsburgh, PA as an Investment Management Intern, and this upcoming summer she will be a Girls Who Invest Intensive Scholar. Outside of academics, Hadyn enjoys watching professional tennis, playing card games, trying new restaurants, and reading on her Kindle.

Ryann Pawlaczyk is a Sophomore majoring in Packaging with a minor in Sales Leadership. She is originally from Lake Orion, MI and rushed Phi Chi Theta in the Fall 2024 Semester. Before being elected as the Director of Member Wellness, Ryann served as a Pledge Success Manager for the Fall 2025 semester. Ryann is currently recruiting in Sales for the summer of 2026. Aside from academics, Ryann enjoys playing basketball, reading on her kindle, going to the beach, and attending concerts.
